The Town of Berthoud, Colorado will receive sealed bids for Town Hall Roof Replacement Project. Bids must be received in person by the Town Clerk’s Office, 807 Mountain Avenue, Berthoud, Colorado 80513 by 3:00 p.m. MST on September 27, 2023.
This work consists of:
- Application and payment of building permit.
- Removal and disposal of existing EPDM rubber roof.
- Install larger roof crickets around skylight to ensure proper drainage. Crickets in other areas may be necessary.
- Install 60 mill EPDM roof in accordance with any applicable building codes.
A mandatory walkthrough will be held on September 20, 2023 at 3:00 P.M. at the following location:
Town Hall
807 Mountain Avenue
Berthoud, Colorado 80513
The walkthrough will provide interested parties the opportunity to observe the existing condition of the roof, take measurements, photographs, etc.

The Clerks Office will receive, date, and time stamp all bids. No bids will be considered which have not been received by the deadline set forth above. The Town is not responsible for delays occasioned by the means of delivery employed by the bidder.
