Birthday Party Rentals

Celebrate your special event with us! Parties include participant admission for 20 people and a one-hour party room rental for 40 guests. Food, beverages, and decorations are not included.  The facility drop-in fee will be paid for any additional participants over the 20-person max.

Cost:           $155 for the first hour. $78 for any additional hours.
Days:          Can only be booked during open swim times.

Nerf Mania Party Package

Includes one-hour in the party room and one-hour in the gym for up to 20 participants. Package includes 20 Nerf- blasters, 22 eye protection glasses, 200 darts, and multiple bunkers. $11 will be charged for each child exceeding the 20 participant limit. Food, beverages, and decorations are not included. Availability is limited depending on the season. Reservations must be made at least a month in advance and payment is due at the time of booking.

Cost:              $250 / $11 per person after the 20 participant limit

Pool Rentals

Are you looking for a venue to host your next event? Look no further than the Berthoud Recreation Center, as we offer private pool parties. Please see below for more details, and note that the rental does not include the party room but it can be added at an additional cost.

If you are interested in renting all three pioneer pavilions, the cost is $250, which includes a full-day rental.

Parks and Pavilion Rentals- Available February 1

The Town of Berthoud offers 3 pavilions and 2 parks to rent for your next outdoor event. Pavilions seat 25 people, have electricity, and restrooms on a seasonal basis. Ensure your permit request is submitted at least 30 days in advance to secure your rental. Complete your Parks and Pavilion Rental today!
