Work continues on the installation of an 8" sanitary sewer line in the alley between Third and 4th Streets from Massachusetts Ave up to Bunyan Ave. Two separate crews are now in phases 3 & 5. Expect closures at Turner, Lake, Capital, and Franklin Aves.
