Development Review

The Development Code sets the rules for development within the Town of Berthoud. The Code includes a variety of review processes that are used to evaluate development applications.

Before beginning any development review process, talk with staff to determine which process is needed and to complete a pre-application conference (see the Preliminary Conference and Technical Review page).
