The Public Works Parks Department strives to provide beautiful and safe outdoor recreation locations for both residents and visitors. With amenities ranging from playgrounds and athletic fields to pavilions and trails, our facilities are sure to provide ample opportunities to enjoy the fresh air and scenery. Among the many acres of developed parks in Berthoud, our Town also features two skate parks, a bike park, and two neighborhood ponds open for fishing opportunities.

Berthoud Bike Park
Opened in the late summer of 2023, the 20-acre Berthoud Bike Park features two extensive jump/flow lines, a quarter-mile dual slalom track, one mile of XC mountain bike trails, a bicycle playground, and an approximately 20,000 sq ft Velosolutions pump track.

Berthoud Town Park
Berthoud's oldest neighborhood park has been redeveloped and is now open to the public. It now features a 12,000 sq ft fully-inclusive playground and a 6,000 sq ft natural stone, interactive water feature. It also has two rentable pavilions for your family events.
