Personal Training
Personal training is an excellent option for those struggling with exercise or needing more of a challenge. A trainer will help to set fitness goals and develop workout plans with realistic routines. All personal training clients will receive a 30-minute consultation to discuss medical history, physical limitations, exercise preferences, and personal goals before training. All training sessions are one hour.

Phoebe is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is passionate about helping you reach your goals. She has a strong background in bodybuilding and will help you with overall physique improvement, muscle building, toning and weight loss. With her, you will be continuously encouraged and pushed to test your own limits and achieve your goals.
Phoebe loves to train both her clients and herself at the Berthoud Recreation Center.
Alison has been a group fitness instructor for more than five years and is a nationally certified personal trainer through Fit Tour. She’s worked with clients aged 13 to 75 years and says she loves “all things health and fitness.” You need to look no further than the variety of classes she’s taught- including Silver Sneakers, chair yoga, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), Barre, tone and flow mat work, body weight, water aerobics, bootcamps and more!
Alison is passionate about working one-on-one with clients to figure out what works best for them through open communication. She loves helping people feel confident about themselves and discovering the strength within that they may not have known they had. Watching her clients achieve their health and fitness goals brings Alison great joy.
Chris is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Chris received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northeastern IL University focusing on Teaching, Coaching, Communication and Physical Education. Chris has worked in Health and Fitness industry for over 25 years and Personal Trained for almost 20 years.
Chris believes he can train any type of client, accomplish any type of goal and believes his best attribute is the ability to listen to what his clients feel they want and need in their individual training.
Gabriel is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and was born and raised in Boulder, CO. Whether it's an individual embarking on their fitness journey for the first time or a seasoned athlete looking for that extra push, Gabriel enjoys helping people reach their objectives through positive motivation and by employing SMART fitness goals. He specializes in corrective exercise, calisthenics, HIIT, and weight training.
Courtney brings over 10 years of experience as a fitness professional and health advocate. Courtney is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She is also a certified Les Mills instructor, licensed Zumba fitness instructor, and holds a variable interval intensity training (VIIT) and primary aerobics/group fitness certifications. She provides training programs for clients of all ages and fitness/health levels.
