Personal Training
Personal training is an excellent option for those struggling with exercise or needing more of a challenge. A trainer will help to set fitness goals and develop workout plans with realistic routines. All personal training clients will receive a 30-minute consultation to discuss medical history, physical limitations, exercise preferences, and personal goals before training. All training sessions are one hour and include a workout summary after each session and a goal assessment during your 5th session to view your progress.

Meet our Certified Personal Trainers
Courtney brings over 10 years of experience as a fitness professional and health advocate. Courtney is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She is also a certified Les Mills instructor, licensed Zumba fitness instructor, and holds a variable interval intensity training (VIIT) and primary aerobics/group fitness certifications. She provides training programs for clients of all ages and fitness/health levels.
While playing sports in high school, I fell in love with health and fitness and have sought out a position where I can continue this passion and help people reach their goals of being physically fit. My training strengths lie in building muscle and strength, and I also have extensive knowledge of weight loss and cardio exercises such as high-intensity interval training.
Taylor is an ACE personal trainer. Before becoming a personal trainer, Taylor graduated from CSU with a degree in Health and Exercise Science. Between being an athlete while growing up and now raising 4 children, he knows that taking care of our health and fitness is one of the most important things we can do. He loves sharing his knowledge and helping others start, maintain and progress their health journey.
Kelly is a certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and a Certified Group Fitness Instructor with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Before moving to Berthoud in 2020, she lived in Iowa, where she worked as a Registered Nurse while raising her family. With a passion for helping people take that important first step, Kelly empowers clients to build lasting habits, break through plateaus, and continue evolving throughout their lifelong fitness journeys. Her warm, supportive approach makes every client feel capable, confident, and ready to grow.
Titus, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, hails from Hawaii, where his lifelong passion for sports and physical activity was ignited. Having personally experienced and overcome the challenges of obesity by losing half his body weight, Titus brings a unique, empathetic perspective to his coaching. Whether you aspire to compete at a high level or seek to adopt a healthier lifestyle, Titus is dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. He specializes in strength training for clients with both hypermobility and hypomobility, as well as weight loss management.
After more than 30 years of owning and operating a restaurant, Pete thought it was time for a change. He decided to turn his lifelong passions of fitness and helping others into personal training. With a NASM personal training certification and a unique perspective on what fitness can be, Pete is the perfect trainer for those who need guidance and confidence in the fitness room.
