Aqua Fit

Low-impact exercise in the pool will help with energy, flexibility, strength, and circulation. Take the pressure off your joints and let the water ease your workout! Swimming skills are not required.

Bootcamp

This intermediate to advanced circuit training class incorporates full body strength and conditioning to support functional fitness.

Forever Fit

Beginners and active seniors; enjoy fun music and easy-to-follow moves in a friendly atmosphere. This class will help improve flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, muscular strength, and endurance.

HIIT Fit

By combining High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) & resistance training, you will experience a full-body strength & cardio workout utilizing various fitness equipment to work your muscles & challenge yourself. You will leave feeling strong & accomplished!

Quick Pump

Need a quick boost over your lunch break? Get a 30-minute whole-body strength routine done and energize yourself for the rest of your day!

Silver Sneakers Splash

Shallow water exercise for all skill levels to increase strength and cardiovascular endurance. Perfect for those who may be uncomfortable exercising on land. No swimming required.

Silver Sneakers Yoga

Seated and standing yoga poses to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Great for a beginner or more experienced exerciser interested in yoga and flexibility training.

Yoga

Revitalize your mind and body with this stretching, balance, and core class! Improve and enhance your body's strength, flexibility, and balance, as this class focuses on the whole body. The class will end with final relaxation finding our inner peace and mental balance.

Zumba

A fusion of Latin and International music with easy-to-follow dance moves, creating dynamic and effective fitness routines that will tone & sculpt.

Barre

Deep Water Aerobics

Submerge yourself in the deep end of the lap pool, making your body nearly weightless while still conditioning your cardiovascular system, building strength, and improving your overall health. Wear a floatation belt for support, or rely on your ability to float as you perform aerobic routines in the deep water.

HIGH FitnessExperience a modern twist on aerobics in a non-stop, action packed mix of cardio, toning, and push tracks that will take your fitness to the next level. This is a no-equipment format that uses simple, set choreography and will become the cardio workout you never dread.
Mat PilatesMat Pilates is a great workout option for people of all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. The benefits of practicing Mat Pilates are numerous, including toning and strengthening muscles, increasing range of motion, and improving posture. Plus, since Mat Pilates is a low-impact exercise, it’s easy on your joints and can be a great option for those recovering from injuries.
Soul Fusion

A creative blend of yoga-inspired flows, short cardio bursts, balance sequences, body weight, and weighted strength training exercises all set to fun music. It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment.

Sunrise Strength

Utilizing the outdoor fitness area (weather permitting) to train strength, endurance, and power with a functional strength training Workout of the Day (WOD).

Suspension
(TRX)

Experience bodyweight training using TRX suspension system complimented with portable equipment for a fun and effective workout that uses a variety of movements and intervals.

Tread & Shred
The combination of treadmill intervals and targeted strength training is ideal for both cardiovascular conditioning and muscle building. Yin Yoga

A non-flow yoga in which poses are held for long periods. The asanas in Yin target the connective tissue, allowing for an overall increase in joint circulation and improvement in flexibility. Appropriate for all fitness levels. Bring a blanket with you to class.

Yoga +A feel-good, breath-powered class designed to melt away tension and help your body move with ease. Blending the calming, therapeutic flow of Viniyoga with simple myofascial release using therapy balls, this class offers the perfect balance of relaxation, strength, and support for a happy, resilient body.
