The Water Management division is dedicated to ensuring the smooth operations of our water treatment plant and distribution systems. The division prioritizes compliance with Safe Drinking Water Standards and follow regulations and reporting from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). Our water is sourced from the Colorado Big Thompson Project, drawing from Big Thompson River water rights, with primary storage at the Berthoud Reservoir.
