Overview
The Local Licensing Authority, as defined in Subsection 13.13-3 of this Code, is hereby designated as the Local Licensing Authority authorized to grant or deny the issuance of certain liquor and marijuana licenses within the Town pursuant Statute Statute and the Municipal Code.
